Rethinking communication
Enhancing Clarity and Connection in Modern Dialogue

Who We’ve Worked With
Rethink: Your role
Be a guide, not an actor, and let go of the pressure to perform
Rethink: Your message
Let language help you rather than hinder you as you make connections with others
Rethink: Your goals
Present your ideas clearly and effectively so that you inspire sustainable action
What if you could communicate your thoughts and ideas more confidently in any situation? A keynote speech. A webinar. A sales call. A company meeting. A podcast.
What if you could take that confidence and deliver what your audience needs so that next steps become clear, action is taken, and goals are met?
This is why we started Rethinking Communication. After decades of leadership experience at companies large and small, we noticed that far too often, the approach to communicating with others is treated more like a Broadway performance rather than an opportunity for connection to produce positive change.
Whether you want to deliver a conference talk that resonates, nail your next sales pitch, refine your conflict communication, or simply improve how you share your ideas, our coaching and training can help.

My approach to communication focuses on the power of storytelling and its ability to bridge divides, align around common goals, and ultimately, solve big problems.
I host Rethinking Communication, a podcast where I explore the psychology of conflict communication and what it means to have curious conversations that bring us together rather than divide us.
I’m also a two-time TEDx speaker, I have a Masters of Science in Mass Communications, and I have been featured in publications like Men's Health Magazine and Podcast Magazine.
